Stefan Ries has been a partner and advisor of MONDAY.ROCKS since March 2021. He was Chief Human Resources Officer and CHRO at SAP for many years and is an External Senior Advisor for McKinsey.
Prof. Dr. Simone Kauffeld has been a member of the MONDAY.ROCKS Advisory Board since December 2021. She has held the Chair of Work, Organizational and Social Psychology at TU Braunschweig since 2007. She is considered the leading scientific team expert in Germany.
Lisa Neuhaus has been a member of the MONDAY.ROCKS Advisory Board since July 2023. She has more than 10 years of experience in managing business operations in the SaaS sector for high-growth companies and advises start-ups on internationalization.

Our main location is our office in the Medienhafen in Düsseldorf. Since 2023, we have two further locations in Hamburg and Leipzig. All offices offer state-of-the-art working environments.
