Are you a freelance coach looking for new ways to make your work more effective and tangible? Then you’ve come to the right place.Â
We are expanding our COACHING.HUB – a network of external coaches with whom we work closely. This means:
- You retain your independence and can, of course, continue to manage all your own clients and projects.
- The basis of our collaboration is the certification* as a MONDAY.ROCKS Coach. During this process, you will learn to use our software and methodology confidently and effectively in practice.
- Once you’ve successfully completed the certification, you’ll have the opportunity to use MONDAY.ROCKS both in our client projects and independently within your own client contexts.
- In our client projects, you will work under our ‘banner’ and according to our proven MONDAY.ROCKS methodology.
*The certification costs a one-off fee of €800 and includes the qualification, access to coaching and sales materials, as well as a team licence.
We are looking for you as a freelance coach with a digital affinity (m/f/d) if the following points appeal to you:
You will act as a coach for our clients and ensure that our team management software achieves its full potential within their organisations. This includes the following tasks, amongst others:
- Facilitating team workshops (virtual and in-person) as part of the roll-out of our software within companies/teams
- Conducting virtual team workshops and executive coaching sessions (1:1) on a regular basis to enhance the effectiveness of our initiatives
- Further developing existing initiatives for executives and teamsÂ
- You are tech-savvy, open to new technologies and methods, and enjoy developing your skills.
- You are passionate about developing teams and leaders and have a communicative and empathetic personality. Â
- You are interested in data-driven team development and want to make your coaching practice more effective and sustainable using a digital tool.Â
- You have a collaborative, co-creative approach and are committed to unlocking potential rather than prescribing solutions.Â
- Close collaboration with an innovative scale-upÂ
- Regular exchanges and supervision sessions with other coaches Â
- Exciting client projects and use of the leading leadership app
- Greater effectiveness and sustainability in your coaching practiceÂ
- Clear differentiation in the market through the use of a data-driven approachÂ
