Account Executive Software (m/f/d)

Do you have a passion for sales, but don't fancy 8 hours of cold calling with little impact? Then you've come to the right place:

In order to continue to grow dynamically, we are strengthening our sales team, which currently consists of seven colleagues.

You could become part of this great team as an Account Executive Software (m/f/d) if the following points rock for you:

  • Acquiring new customers and building your own pipeline is what motivates you
    Networking is part of your DNA – you know how to build positive customer relationships and lead them to closure in a targeted manner
  • There’s no “we’ve always done that” with you: you’re keen to develop further to get the best out of our sales in order to inspire even more customers for MONDAY.ROCKS
  • Giving and receiving feedback: You will receive regular feedback to help you develop and rock sales – your feedback is also always welcome, we communicate as equals
  • In order to inspire potential customers, you also like to pick up the phone – with eloquence and professional cover letters, you manage to convince your addressee with ease, including social selling
  • Confident representation of the company on site, e.g. at the customer’s premises or at conferences (travel share approx. 15-20%, within Germany)

Above all, it is important to us that you can inspire our customers. You should therefore find yourself in the following points in particular:

  • Hunter mentality, enthusiasm and strong presentation and negotiation skills characterize you
  • Communication and customer interaction is your passion – a professional appearance on site and in the context of video calls, which you know how to use for the purpose of a demo of our application, is a matter of course for you
  • You are proactive and always maintain an overview, even in a very flexible environment, thanks to your structured way of working

A few hard facts should also be available:

  • You have at least three years of experience in sales (ideally of a SaaS solution or comparable software)
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German
  • You have successfully completed your university studies, e.g. in the field of business administration/IT/business informatics/psychology or have a comparable education
  • Maximum flexibility: you can work from home within Germany – our office in D├╝sseldorf’s Medienhafen is also open to you at any time; we have team events with the entire team on site every 6-7 weeks
  • Collaboration in an innovative scale-up: high creative freedom, speed and flexibility, with a high degree of personal responsibility and the opportunity to make a direct contribution to success
  • We pull together: team play is very important to us, but at the same time no one rests on the laurels of others
  • Our team is dynamic and we have a hands-on mentality
  • Flat hierarchies and short communication channels
  • Fair remuneration with a fixed salary + a percentage payment after signing the contract without a cap (depending on experience, your OTE will be between 100k-150k)
