Interview with Martin Petsch
Why did you decide to introduce MONDAY.ROCKS?
The Corporate Finance / M&A department at DZ BANK employs 25 people at three locations in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Hamburg, who are simultaneously involved in several advisory projects with medium-sized entrepreneurs and companies in different team constellations. With MONDAY.ROCKS, we have the opportunity to promote the development of the overall team and the individual location teams in a flexible and targeted manner despite a high workload.
What added value do you see in the current application?
MONDAY.ROCKS provides us with a data-based foundation to further improve the already good performance of our team in the long term through targeted impulses. The software’s clear analyses offer a very good opportunity to confirm the course we have taken or to adjust it again if necessary. The risk of inefficient or unsustainable measures is significantly reduced.
What particularly inspired you?
Right from the start, we liked the combination of a personal consulting service with a modern and intuitive software tool. Thanks to the transparency of the respective results for all employees, we are convinced that the resulting measures will also enjoy a high level of acceptance.
