Why did you decide to introduce MONDAY.ROCKS?
Personnel development is becoming increasingly important for companies, including us. MONDAY.ROCKS is a modern HR development tool that helps us to realign the company. Due to our strong growth in recent years, the number of our employees and teams, which are spread across many locations, has also increased. Thanks to the software, we can still identify the strengths and learning areas of all our employees so that we can focus on them.
What added value do you see in the current application?
MONDAY.ROCKS gives us an overview of the development of all our teams, across locations and divisions. This allows us to intervene quickly if something goes wrong or even before it goes really wrong. The software also provides indicators for positive developments so that we can express praise and appreciation to our employees in a more targeted manner. This is very important for us as a family business.
What particularly inspired you?
Fast support, whatever the time and whatever the topic! We like the fact that MONDAY.ROCKS is a modern tool with a view to the future.
