Why did you decide to introduce MONDAY.ROCKS?
With the decision to merge with Volksbank Stutensee-Weingarten, it quickly became clear that our employees would play a central role in a successful merger. We want to create a community and need to understand what our employees and teams need. After extensive research, we discovered MONDAY.ROCKS, which can help us do just that: Gaining transparency about all our teams in order to provide them with targeted support where they need it and thus master the merger together.
What added value do you see in the current application?
In the current situation, every employee and every manager counts. The latter need to be empowered to understand, manage and develop their teams. MONDAY.ROCKS provides us as the HR department and our managers with software that enables us to precisely understand the needs of our teams and track their development.
What particularly inspired you?
Change is currently the norm in the Volksbanken cooperative and a merger is not uncommon. Using the MONDAY.ROCKS software, we can also draw directly on the experience of other Volksbanks, based on data and with very specific measures. This is exactly in line with our cooperative idea of “What one person can’t do alone, many can”!
