Interview with Wenke Breucker
Why did you decide to introduce MONDAY.ROCKS?
As a health insurance company, we feel the pressure to evolve and adapt to the dynamic environment. To do this, all employees need to be involved and supported. With the MONDAY.ROCKS software, we take responsibility for our managers and enable self-directed and autonomous team development. In this way, our managers can actively shape and improve the collaboration of their teams in a value-driven way with a playful approach and fresh visualization.
What added value do you see in the current application?
As a rule, team development measures only show short-term improvements and have no long-term effect. Through regular analyses and leadership impulses, the MONDAY.ROCKS system encourages “sticking with it” and continuous team development. We have also been able to develop a common language and a common understanding across all teams. Especially in the current challenging times of hybrid working, we have been able to promote cohesion at VIACTIV.
What particularly inspired you?
The possibility of digital/hybrid implementation was an important factor for us. We also really liked the combination of diagnostics and playful elements. We were immediately impressed by the enthusiasm and drive of the founders.
“VIACTIV Krankenkasse deserves a staff council that rocks – MONDAY.ROCKS taught us to understand each other and thus strengthened cooperation in the PR committee. Together, we have the courage to break new ground and shape working groups from a new perspective.”
Marius Ulber
Deputy Chairman of the Staff Council | VIACTIV KRANKENKASSE
