Our goal is to enable organizations to navigate change through the power of AI. Our AI assistant makes this possible: it analyzes team dynamics, collaboration patterns, and leadership behavior — detecting tensions, friction, and risks early, and translating these insights into concrete actions. What drives us

MONDAY.ROCKS was founded in 2018 from a simple observation: leaders carry enormous responsibility for organizational change, yet have little reliable information about the state of their teams. As a result, change processes are often navigated in the dark.

Since then, we have been working to change this — through data, AI, and deep organizational expertise. Having analyzed more than 5,000 teams, we have built one of the most comprehensive team databases in the German-speaking world.
