Research and development of the innovative AI agent

Science and innovation are at the heart of MONDAY.ROCKS. Together with the possibilities of state-of-the-art technology, we are committed to creating real added value and making progress.

This is how the idea of developing an innovative AI agent to support team leadership in companies came about.

Research and Development

The innovative AI agent to support team leadership in companies

Our goal: a system that analyzes relevant team data to identify challenges in the team at an early stage, generate data-based recommendations for action and manage this process autonomously.

In 2024, our project was officially recognized as a research and development project in accordance with Section 6 of the Research Allowance Act (FZulG). This confirms the innovative character and scientific depth of our project.

Tobias Liedtke and Dr. Luisa Bunzel from our project team of around 15 people explain:

„This recognition encourages us in our work and provides valuable support. We have already achieved a lot, but there are still some challenges to overcome. The development of our AI agent requires extensive resources, especially for data collection, processing, training and feedback.”

Science & Methodology

Built on evidence, designed for impact

Scientific Foundation

Our AI assistant for organizational development is grounded in psychologically validated and scientifically tested models. Scale quality is continuously evaluated and refined against our steadily growing database.

Methodology

Scientifically based team surveys, facilitated workshops, and coaching sessions form a continuous process — from measurement through understanding to action. All results are captured anonymously and aggregated at the team level.

Data Security

Our AI assistant is fully GDPR-compliant and entirely aligned with the EU AI Act. Made and hosted in Germany on the Open Telekom Cloud — delivering maximum data security without compromise.

Research With Impact

What we study flows directly into our AI assistant for organizational development. Our database draws on experience from over 5,000 teams — enabling interventions grounded not in assumptions, but in validated patterns from real-world practice.
