However, the path toward agile, self-organized teams raised fundamental questions: How do you lead 17 teams through change without losing overview? How do you know whether change is truly taking hold – or fading away in everyday operations? And how do you make the right decisions as a leader when reliable data is missing?

The solution: Data Instead of Gut Feeling
AOK PLUS service GmbH decided to deploy the MONDAY.ROCKS AI Assistant – a tool that analyzes team data, identifies patterns, and derives concrete recommendations for action, tested across more than 5,000 teams. The rollout took place in two phases: starting with 5 leadership teams in January 2025, then expanding to all 17 teams in April 2025.
Since April 2025, a total of 5 surveys have been conducted across all teams. The data shows consistently positive development across all 16 effectiveness factors – the scientifically validated metrics MONDAY.ROCKS uses to make team success measurable. This progress is particularly evident in the Change Profile – a metric for an organization’s change competence. Here, AOK PLUS service GmbH has progressed from medium to high readiness for change and capability for change.
