Business Development & Partner Management (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy working in the coaching ecosystem, find it easy to build genuine relationships, and want to actively shape and support a growing network of coaching partners?

Then MONDAY.ROCKS is the right place for you.

We are building a new partner approach with a clear focus on coaches who actively use our software themselves and integrate it into their practice. This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, we are looking for someone who connects people, builds trust, and makes real application tangible.

This role is ideal if you already have initial professional experience, are eager to take on responsibility, and want to help build a new business area together with us.

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting coaches as partners and resellers
  • Building meaningful cooperations with networks, associations, and training institutes
  • Conducting initial conversations, demos, and supporting decision-making processes
  • Accompanying partners from first contact through active usage and expansion of the collaboration
  • Applying MONDAY.ROCKS in selected team or leadership coaching engagements to stay close to real-world practice
  • Collecting feedback from conversations and practical use, and translating it into use cases, positioning, and messaging
  • Observing, learning, and continuously developing our partner approach together with the team
  • 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in coaching, training, consulting, or a people-related field
  • Strong interest in partnerships, relationship-building, and business development
  • Enjoyment in approaching people and building trust
  • Initial experience in coaching, training, consulting, or organizational development
  • A structured, self-driven, and responsible way of working
  • Confident use of digital tools (AI tools are second nature to you)
  • Native-level German and very good written and spoken English skills

You are not looking for a classic sales role driven primarily by KPIs and deal closures, but rather want to work through relationships, trust, and real-world application.

  • Visible impact on building our partner ecosystem
  • The opportunity to co-create and shape a new business area from the ground up
  • A steep learning curve through close collaboration with coaches, decision-makers, and real use cases
  • Startup environment with flat hierarchies and plenty of room for initiative
  • Remote-first setup with a strong team anchor in Düsseldorf
  • A role with high responsibility and strong development and growth potential

If you are excited about building relationships, inspiring coaches, and developing a strong partner network together with us, we would love to get to know you.
